TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TRIP COSTS - PER PARTICIPANT IN A DOUBLE ROOM
Group of 30 participants and above: 7,370 USD per person.
Group of 25-29 participants: 7,775 USD per person.
Group of 20-24 participants: 8,480 USD per person.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
A non-refundable deposit of 1,755 USD per person is required to register and secure your spot, remaining as credit for future use for an unlimited time.
3,510 USD of the remaining balance is due by May 19, 2026.
Final balance based on group size is due by September 21, 2026.
For 30+ participants: 2,105 USD.
For 25-29 participants: 2,510 USD.
For 20-24 participants: 3,215 USD.
All participants must travel with a passport that expires at least six months after departure from Israel or any other destination.
Travelers are responsible for their own flights but may reach out to reservation.int@let.travel for assistance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to reservation.int@let.travel.
Up to May 19, 2026 refunds are issued minus the 1,755 USD non-refundable deposit.
From May 19 to September 21, 2026 refunds are issued minus the 1,755 USD deposit and the second payment of 3,510 USD (total 5,265 USD).
From September 21, 2026 onward no refunds will be provided.
Unused services during the tour are not refunded.
Travel insurance is highly encouraged; LET International in-house land cost insurance costs 615 USD, refunds the land cost if you cancel for any reason, requires no medical paperwork, excludes flights and medical emergencies, is available only to U.S. residents, and to explore this option contact your tour’s Experience Maker within 21 days of your initial deposit.
INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
We do not offer flights but are happy to connect you with a travel agent. Regardless, flight information with direct confirmation from the airline will need to be sent.
HOTEL UPGRADES AND EXTRAS
Once registered, you are more than welcome to contact us for any VIP services, transfers, and hotel room upgrades.

Services Included
8 Nights of accommodation in 5-star hotels based on double occupancy.
Daily breakfast at the hotels.
Meals as outlined in the itinerary with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options provided.
1 professional Israeli guide, Beni Levin, who stays with the group 24/7.
Porterage at each hotel in and out.
A driver and deluxe motor coach with air conditioning and a refrigerator stocked with cold water for the group.

All tips for guides and tour drivers included.
Services Not Included
International flights are available through LET International, tailored to your specific requirements.
Health insurance and cancellation insurance are not included (we highly recommend our LET International in-house cancellation insurance).
Hotel incidentals.
Transportation for personal needs.
Amendments to the program, with fees applying for cancellations, additions, and last-minute changes.
Personal expenses, including wine, room service, passport, and visa fees, among others.
