Payment  Conditions:

• A non-refundable deposit of 1,755 USD per person is required to register and secure your spot. (The deposit is non-refundable but remains as credit for future use for an unlimited time.) 

• 3,510 USD  of your remaining balance is due by  May 19, 2026. 

• Final balance (based on the group size)  due by September 21, 2026.

• For a group of 30 participants and above: 2,105 USD    

• For a group of 25-29 participants: 2,510 USD                  

• For a group of 20-24 participants: 3,215 USD                    

• All participants must travel with a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months after the date of departure from Israel or any other destination.

Flights: 

• Travelers are responsible for their own flight arrangements. If you need assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at reservation.int@let.travel. 

• The tour will start on October 20, 2026, at 01:00 PM at the Lisbon Center.

Payment Conditions & Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be made in writing via email to Let International at reservation.int@let.travel. 

• Up to 19 May 2026: Refund, minus the 1,755 USD   non-refundable deposit. 

• From May 19, 2026, to September 21, 2026 - Tour payment Refund, minus the 1,755 USD deposit and the second payment of 3,510 USD - Total: 5,265 USD. 

• From September 21, 2026: No refunds will be provided. 

• Unused services during the tour: No refunds will be granted for any unused services while in the destination.
