TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TRIP COSTS - PER PARTICIPANT IN A DOUBLE ROOM

​

$6200 per participant (Land ONLY)

Single Supplement – an extra $1570 – automatically applied to any participant rooming alone

Should the number of full paying participants drop below 25, LET reserves the right to amend costs to reflect the new cost of operating the trip

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

A $500 USD deposit per person needs to be paid upon registration. Without payment, the registration will not be accepted. The balance will need to be paid by February 16th, 2023, minus the deposit paid.
 

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Up to 90 days before departure – free cancellation. The deposit will not be returned but kept as a credit with the company for an unlimited time and can also be passed on to family and friends.

From 90 days – Any day during the tour – the deposit payment along with any and all fees requested by hotels and suppliers.

 

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

We do not offer flights but are happy to connect you with a travel agent.  Regardless, flight information with direct confirmation from the airline will need to be sent.
 

HOTEL UPGRADES AND EXTRAS

Once registered, you are more than welcome to choose any VIP services, transfers, and hotel room upgrades (see HOTEL UPGRADES and VIP SERVICE AND TRANSFERS pages).

Program Details

Services Included:

  • Meals as detailed in the itinerary

  • 10 * nights at 5-star hotels as detailed in the itinerary. Accommodations are based on double occupancy.

  • Professionally licensed guide educator with the group on a 24/7 basis (all accommodation and tour expenses included)

  • Deluxe motorcoach with air conditioning daily and a refrigerator with cold water for the group on the house (all accommodation and tour expenses included)

  • Entrance fees and activity costs according to sample itinerary

  • Gratuities for guide/driver

Services Not Included:

  • International flights (connection to travel agent available upon request)

  • Local health insurance (connection to insurance agent available upon request)

  • Hotel incidentals

  • Payment Fees (2% added to below rates if paying by credit card or 50 USD if paying by wire transfer)

  • Evening transportation when evenings are on your own or there is no programming (can be added as an overtime fee for the drivers you will have).

  • Amendments in the program (90-0 days before arrival)

  • Personal extras: wines, room service, passport/visa fees, etc.

  • VAT – Value added tax is not applicable for tourists. Should that change, tax will be added
