 Saturday, April 15th – Arrival day 

  • Arrival in Israel

  • Check in to your hotel in Tel Aviv

Overnight: Tel Aviv, Tal By The Beach 

 Sunday, April 16th – Israel’s History  and  Innovations

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out

  • Drive south

  • Beit Guvrin National Park-We’ll have the opportunity to walk through a labyrinth of underground caves from the Hasmonean period, a fascinating and fun place for the entire family.

  • Lunch on your own in Kiryat Gat 

  • Ein Avdat – Canyon in the Negev Desert of Israel.  Archaeological evidence shows that Ein Avdat was inhabited by Nabateans and Catholic monks. Numerous springs at the southern opening of the canyon empty into deep pools in a series of waterfalls. The water emerges from the rock layers with salt-tolerant plants like Poplar trees and Atriplexes growing nearby.

  • Ben Gurion's Tomb - The graves of David and Paula Ben-Gurion overlook a breathtaking view of the Tsin canyon and the Avdat highlands in the heart of the Negev. The path from the parking lot to the tranquil grave site goes through a garden of carefully nurtured local flora that can thrive in the arid climate and saline conditions of the local soil.

Day 2: Monday, April 17th – Maktesh Ramon- the biggest crater in the world- Yom Hasoah eve

  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Ramon Visitor Center: Opened in 2013, the new Mitzpe Ramon Visitor Center, is set on the northern cliffs of the Ramon Crater, world’s largest Machtesh, and tells the geological story behind this unique and amazing work of nature. Aside from the Machtesh, the Mitzpe Ramon Visitor Center also serves as a museum and memorial for Ilan Ramon, Israel’s first astronaut who died in 2003 when the Shuttle Columbia disintegrated when re-entering the earth’s atmosphere.

  • Jeep Ride in the Ramon Crater – At sunset we will have a jeep ride in the crater, allowing us to explore the crater from a different angle, and we travel in our jeeps to:

  • Bedouin Experience (Ben Midbar) - We will start with an optional camel ride and then we’ll settle down and listen to our Bedouin host tell the story of his people, their beliefs and traditions as well as learn the tracking and survival skills necessary to live in the harsh desert.  Later we will be treated to delicious Bedouin tea and coffee, and a delicious lunch- with High Sitting option.

  • Tzur Shezaf Organic Winery – We will have a lecture on organic wine making and taste some wine

  • Back to the hotel for relaxation

  • Dinner at the hotel

  • Star Gazing - At night, we'll have a mesmerizing experience – watching the stars at the desert, while we sit around a bonfire and drink coffee and tea.

Day 3: Tuesday, April 18th – Gaza surroundings understanding the complexity- Yom Hasosah

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out 

  • We’ll walk through “The Salad Trail”, Shvil Hasalat, a working farm and interactive museum designed to teach visitors what it takes to farm and grow crops in the desert (a window to the Israeli world famous Hi-tech agriculture).

  • Lunch on your own in Sderot 

  • Sderot- Meeting with a resident of Sderot

  • "Path to Peace"- is a joint mosaic creation, by thousands of people, towards hope, love, and happiness between all people, which is placed upon the border wall that divides the Gaza Strip and Moshav Netiv HaAsara, adjacent to the moshav’s homes

  • Shehecheyanu Ceremony - Celebrating your arrival at this holy city, and an overlook from Mt. of Olives/Haas Promenade

  • Dinner on your own in Jerusalem

Day 4: Wednesday, April 19th–Jerusalem of 3 religions 

  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Mt of olives overlook-a great location to understand the way old Jerusalem looked like.

  • The Old City - Discovering the significant sites at each quarter, including the Muslim Quarter (security permits) with the colorful Arab market, the Christian Quarter with the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and the Via Dolorosa, and the Jewish Quarter.

  • Lunch in the Old City on your own

  • Volunteering at united Hatzalah​  

  • Dinner on your own in Jerusalem

Day 5: Thursday, April 20th – The modern city of Jerusalem

  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Yad Vashem-A special visit to the Yad Vashem complex with a curator, the Jewish National Memorial to the six  million Jewish victims of the Holocaust

  • Machane Yehuda market Culinary tour- At Israel’s most famous outdoor market, Machane Yehuda, where we'll have a chance to taste delicacies of Jewish communities from the entire globe! -it will be the coolest way to have lunch.

  • Geopolitical lecture by Nil Lazarus- the Middle eastern sandwich

  • Dinner on your own in Jerusalem​

Day 6: Friday, April 21st – Masada And The Dead Sea

  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Masada – Learn about this amazing archeological wonder, where King Herod built his summer palace and the Zealots from the Great Revolt spent their final days

  • Vert dead sea Spa- Float at the Dead Sea and enjoy Lunch and the spa facilities at the Vert hotel  

  • Kabbalat Shabbat at the Western Wall - Before sunset you will go to the Egalitarian Section of the Western Wall and witness the special prayers and feel the magical atmosphere that surrounds this holy site before the Shabbat enters.

  • Friday Night Dinner- Shabbat of a life time: Have dinner at an Israeli family's house for the ultimate Shabbat experience in Jerusalem. It is possible that there will be other guests there.

Day 7: Saturday, April 22nd– To The North

  • Breakfast at the hotel and Check out 

  • Drive north 

  • Caesarea national Park: We will discover the ancient roman aqueducts; an amazing water system that supplies the water for the regional capital Caesarea. Here we will visit the excavations including an ancient Roman Theater breathtakingly located on the Mediterranean beach, and the roman bath house, the Hippodrome and the famous amazing port.

  • Wine tasting and lunch at Yogev winery 

  • Tzippori - The home of "Mishna" and Rabbi Yehuda Hanasi, a fascinating city which once was occupied with a mix of Jews, Christians, Pagans and Samaritans. Some of the most beautiful ancient mosaics ever discovered can be seen here, some apply that the Jewish community here was very advanced for the time almost like the reform movement of those times

  • Check in to the hotel- get ready for dinner

  • Local Cooking class with Gadi Elias

Day 8: Sunday, April 23rd – The Highest Settlement In Israel

  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Tel Dan/Banias – nature and archeology walk – need to choose one of them

  • Druze lunch at Mona’s house  – Majdal Shams – We will enjoy a traditional Druze lunch at this Druze town, located at the foothills of Mount Hermon-and get to know our Host Mona ,a bit about the Druze traditions and unique situation of the community on the Golan heights. 

  • “Knafe” Workshop – Where we will learn how to make the most famous Druze desert – “Knafe”

  • Geopolitical Jeep Ride - We will ride on 4WD jeep with a security expert and a member of a local Kibbutz. We will drive along the Syrian border passing all the important army posts that overlooking into Syria, and understand from our guide the current situation in Syria and the new challenges that the IDF border security and the local community need to face. After, we will stop for an amazing view of Mt. Hermon and the valley of tears.

  • Optional- Mt Bental Overlook - From this 360 overlook we’ll have stunning views of Mount Hermon, the Israeli and Syrian Golan, Upper Galilee and the Jordan valley and will have a wonderful opportunity to learn firsthand about the Six Day War, the Yom Kippur War, and the situation in Syria today. You will also have the opportunity to walk through an Israeli Bunker that sits on top of the mountain.

  • Dinner at the hotel

Overnight: North, Edmond, Rosh Pina

Day 9: Monday, April 24th – Exploring The Golan Heights- Erev Yom Hazikaron

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out

  • Tzfat - The colorful city of Tzfat, visiting the old city, the famous Kabbalah synagogues and the artist quarter. We will even have an opportunity to meet with a kabbalah artist and understand the idea of kabbalah through his works.

  • Lunch on your own in Tzfat 

  • Drive to Tel Aviv (Approx. 2 hours)

  • Check in at the hotel and prepper for the memorial-day ceremony

  • Dinner at the Hotel

  • Memorial-day ceremony

Day 10: Tuesday, April 25th – Yom Hazikaron \ Erev Yom Haatzmaoot

  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Dogs for the blind

  • Stop on Ayalon highway for the siren- to experience how the traffic stops for remembering the fallen soldiers in the Israeli wars

  • Anu museum: Visit the Renewed Museum of the Diaspora and talks about the Jewish people and the Jewish Identity.  

  • Lunch In Tel Aviv on your own

  • Jaffa - The ancient port city was the gateway to the Holy Land.  We will walk through the ancient port, down the small alleyways visiting the artist colony and all the beautiful galleries. We’ll visit the enchanting flea market, where we might find a few bargains and have an amazing overlook of the first Hebrew city of Israel: Tel Aviv.

  • Dinner at the hotel

  • Experience the Israeli independent day at the main stage of one of the satellites of Tel Aviv where Israeli artists will perform – Spotify lists will be sent prior to the trip.

Day 11: Wednesday, April 26th – Farewell To Israel! Yom Haatzmaoot

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out

  • Peres Center for Peace and Innovation- The Peres Center for Peace and Innovation is a leading non-profit and non-government organization focused on developing and implementing unique and cutting-edge programs. They serve hundreds of thousands of participants of all ages, religions, and backgrounds

  • Israeli BBQ lunch- A traditional Israeli independence lunch with an impressive air force display flight. 

  • Independence Hall – stand outside and tell the story of the first Israeli start up- the state of Israel

  • Free time

  • Farewell Dinner at a Vegan restaurant  

  • Transfer to the airport and departure
