• A non-refundable deposit of 1500 USD per person is required to register and secure your spot. (We highly recommend to get land-cost insurance within 21 days of the deposit payment)

• 3,000 USD of your remaining balance is due by June 22, 2026.

• Final balance (based on the group size) due by October 22, 2026.

LET In-House Land Cost Insurance We highly encourage all our participants to purchase travel protection. To give you peace of mind and financial security, LET offers in-house land cost insurance for 550 USD per person and covers only the land tour cost; flights and any medical-related issues are not included. • Cancel your tour for any reason and receive a full refund of the land cost.

• No medical forms, documentation, or paperwork required-stress-free and straightforward refund. Just send us an email and you will receive a refund within 72 hours and all the paperwork is on us!

• This insurance is designed for flexibility, not for medical emergencies. Flights and any medical-related issues are not covered.

To explore this option, contact your tour’s Experience Maker within 21 days of your initial deposit. This insurance is available only to U.S. residents, due to licensing requirements

• All cancellations must be made in writing via email to LET

• Up to 30 June 2026: 1,500 USD deposit per person is non-refundable

• From June 30, 2026, to October 22, 2026: 1,500 USD deposit and the second payment of 3,000 USD are non-refundable

• From October 22, 2026: 1,500 USD deposit payment, second payment of 3,000 USD plus the final payment are all non-refundable

• Unused services during the tour: No refunds will be granted for any unused services while in the destination *Please be aware you are now required to register for an entry visa: https://israel-entry.piba.gov.il/apply-for-an-eta-il-1/ 

We do not offer flights but are happy to connect you with a travel agent.  Regardless, flight information with direct confirmation from the airline will need to be sent.
