Day 0 – Sunday, December 20, 2026: Arrival in Israel

  • Arrival at Ben Gurion Airport

Day 1 – Monday, December 21, 2026: The land of milk and honey

  • Meet the guide and the driver

  • Drive to Heffer Valley

  • LET Travel’s Shopping Route - We will take a tour through Emek Heffer, farm-to-table dining and meet the local vendors. This incredible valley is close to the sea and is full of farm to table local and independent families and businesses that support the economy and is a window to the Israeli world-famous Hi-tech agriculture. Enjoy cheese farms, micro-breweries, organic farming, bakery and coffee shops and much more. Including cooking picnic lunch- Cooking together

  • Caesarea - Explore the ancient port city built by Herod the Great—where Roman history meets the beauty of the Mediterranean. Walk among impressive ruins, enjoy breathtaking sea views, and feel the layers of history come alive.

  • Caesarea Sunset photography Workshop – “Telling Our Story”: In this unique experience overlooking the sea and the ancient ruins of Caesarea, participants will discover how a smartphone can become more than just a communication tool—it can be a lens for reflection and creativity. Through guided photography exercises during the golden hour, we will slow down, observe the changing light, the colors of the sunset, and the small details between the waves and the stones, capturing meaningful moments that tell our personal and collective story.

  • Drive back to Tel Aviv

  • Meeting former Detroit shaliach Yiftach Leket - "how to deal with challenging topics," where we would do a teen group and an adult group, or mifgash with local teens.

  • Opening group dinner at a restaurant

  • Shlufta – An improv workshop that will knock you off your feet! This high-energy, laughter-filled experience uses improvisation games and creativity to break the ice, encourage self-expression, and build trust. It’s a fun and powerful way to bring everyone together, strengthen group dynamics, and create unforgettable shared moments.

Day 2 – Tuesday, December 22, 2026: Tel Aviv on Market Day

  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Pitchon Lev - packing food parcels for families in need or volunteer in the fields and support local farmers

  • Israel Children's Museum - In the city of Holon, come to experience “Dialogue in the Dark”. An exhibition in which you will be led by blind guides through a specially constructed and completely darkened space, an experience that allows one to rely on senses other than sight.

  • Free time and lunch on your own at the Carmel Market - At Tel Aviv's most famous outdoor market, Carmel Market, get a "taste" of the multi-culturalism of Tel Aviv.

  • Outdoor Artist Market-Nahalat Binyamin Street has become a place for young artists to show their works, a great place for unique and not too expensive souvenirs (opens on Tuesdays and Fridays only).

  • Old Jaffa Walking Tour -The ancient port city was the gateway to the Holy Land. We will walk through the ancient port, down the small alleyways visiting the artist colony and all the beautiful galleries. We’ll visit the enchanting flea market, where we might find a few bargains, have a fun scavenger hunt (with prizes, of course) and have an amazing overlook of the first Hebrew city of Israel: Tel Aviv.

Day 3 – Wednesday, December 23, 2026: Behind the Scenes: Heritage and Discovery

  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Hotel checkout

  • Neot Kedumim Tree Planting - "Roots and Shoots" - Guided Tour with Tree Planting, during our visit to Neot Kedumim, we will plant a tree in honor of our arrival in Israel—a symbol of growth, connection, and hope. we will connect to nature and Jewish heritage

  • Dig For a Day - archaeological experience

  • Pizza Lunch at the Dig

  • On the way to Jerusalem: Drive to Kibutz Tzuba

  • The adults will enjoy a guided wine tasting experience at the kibbutz winery, while the children will participate in a hands-on chocolate workshop at Kibbutz Tzuba

  • Hotel check in

  • Dinner on your own

Day 4 – Thursday, December 24, 2026: The Holy City of Jerusalem Bnei Mitzvah Day

  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Shehechiyanu   - Celebrating your arrival at this Holy City

  • Bnei Mitzvah Ceremony at the Egalitarian Kotel

  • City of David – The place where the Jewish nation began their special relationship with the magical city of Jerusalem. Here we will walk in King David’s palace and enter the biblical version of a “water ride” through the pitch-black Hezekiah Tunnels, armed with our flashlights.

  • Lunch: Machane Yehuda Market - Culinary Tour - At Israel’s most famous outdoor market, Machane Yehuda, where we’ll have a chance to taste delicacies of Jewish communities from around the globe! It will be the coolest way to have lunch!

  • Scavenger Hunt- You'll experience an immersive scavenger hunt through the the enchanting area of Nachla'ot. You will stroll down picturesque lanes, encountering a variety of Jewish communities. The Tour game takes you right through the middle of the bustling, colorful Jewish outdoor food market, Machane Yehuda.

Day 5 – Friday, December 25, 2026: Remembering

  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Mt Herzl - Herzl Military Cemetery where Israel’s great leaders and bravest soldiers are buried, reflecting on the cost of preserving our way of life. This will be followed by an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour at Yad Vashem.

  • Yad Vashem: Holocaust Memorial: As the State of Israel and the Jewish people’s living memorial to the Holocaust, Yad Vashem safeguards the memory of the past and imparts its meaning for future generations. Established in 1953 as the world center for documentation, research, education, and commemoration of the Holocaust, Yad Vashem is today a dynamic and vital place of intergenerational and international encounter.

  • Younger Children -visit the Aquarium or walk to the Zoo

  • Lunch on your own

  • Short Hike to the Sataf

  • Kabbalat Shabbat at the western wall or Kabbalat Shabbat with Kehilat Tzion (Shabbat enters 4:02PM)

  • Shabbat dinner at the hotel (lone soldiers will join dinner)

Day 6 – Saturday, December 26, 2026: Relaxed Shabbat in Jerusalem

  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Tafila at a local synagogue

  • Lunch at the hotel

  • The Jewish Quarter – Visit the incredible holy sites like the Western Wall and the Hurva Synagogue as we walk through the narrow alleyways of the quarter. Leave the city through the Jaffa Gate and walk to Ben Yehuda Street.

  • Back to the hotel

  • Havdalah (Shabbat ends at 5:22)

  • Dinner on your own

Day 7 – Sunday, December 27, 2026: On the way to the South - Masada and the Dead Sea

  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Hotel checkout

  • Drive to Masada

  • Masada by cable car - Ascend by cable car to the iconic mountaintop fortress of Masada. Explore this extraordinary archaeological site where King Herod built his desert palace and Jewish rebels made their last stand during the Great Revolt. Along the way, actors stationed around the site will bring the dramatic history to life, making the ancient stones speak through powerful storytelling.

  • Ein Bokek Hike - Hike through the stunning desert oasis of Ein Bokek, where waterfalls, wildlife, and lush vegetation surprise you at every turn. A perfect mix of nature, beauty, and a refreshing break in the heart of the desert. (time permitting)

  • Lunch on your own at Ein Bokek shopping center

  • Dead Sea- Ein Bokek - Experience the unique sensation of floating effortlessly in the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth. Slather yourself with mineral-rich mud for a natural spa treatment, then relax in the buoyant, therapeutic waters, renowned for their health benefits. It's an unforgettable and truly revitalizing experience

  • Drive to the south

Day 8 – Monday, December 28, 2026: Exploring the Desert

  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Jeep ride - We will have an unforgettable 2 hours Jeep ride in the crater, allowing us to explore the crater from a different angle.

  • Rappelling at Mitzpe Ramon, cliff of the Ramon Crater - Descend the cliffs of the Ramon Crater, the world’s largest Makhtesh (crater) in a new fun, exhilarating, and safeway, abseiling down the cliffs of the crater from the town of Mitzpe Ramon, you’ll not only experience something new, but will also have incredible views across the desert landscape and feel the thrill first-hand. Ramon Crater hike. for people who don’t want to participate they can go to Ramon visitor center

  • Bedouin Hospitality including lunch: Ride a camel through a desert trail to see the crater view and then back to our tent and we will be served dinner. See how Bedouin bread is made under the fire, how they take out the chicken meat that was cooked few hours in the ground under the fire and we will be served it on rice with few fresh salads that are prepared on the spot. Sit on the ground with pillows while you sip of tea and coffee and enjoy the famous Bedouin hospitality.

  • Alpaca farm - enjoy a fun and interactive experience with alpacas

  • Optional - Short Hike / Guides choice

  • Dinner at the hotel

  • Evening group activities

Day 9 – Tuesday, December 29, 2026: Connecting to the Desert

  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Ben Gurion’s Tomb

  • Ein Avdat – A shaded canyon in the Negev Desert of Israel. Archaeological evidence shows that Ein Avdat was inhabited by Nabateans and Catholic monks. Numerous springs at the southern opening of the canyon empty into deep pools in a series of waterfalls. The water emerges from the rock layers with salt-tolerant plants like Poplar trees and Atriplexes growing nearby

  • Sandboarding - Slide down the stunning Negev dunes, where anyone can be a surfer.

  • Time to relax at the hotel

Day 10 – Wednesday, December30, 2026: Gathering Memories on the Way Home

  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Hotel checkout

  • The Salad Trail We’ll Walk through “The Salad Trail”, Shvil Hasalat, a working farm and interactive museum designed to teach visitors what it takes to farm and grow crops in the desert (a window to the Israeli world-famous Hi-tech agriculture).

  • Lunch at the Salad Trail

  • On the way to the airport, we’ll pause for a meaningful moment together. We'll stop at one of the beautiful spots along the route to share a communal prayer and reflection—a chance to absorb the journey’s meaning and carry its spirit home with us

  • Drive to Modiin

  • Hava VeAdam – hands-on environmental and sustainability experience

  • Stop at a shopping center for some last-minute shopping and free time

  • Departure
