Meet The Team
Beni Levin
Founder and CEO
I was born in Russia, and immigrated with my family to Israel in 1989 and spent the next 13 years living in Mitzpe Ramon, a town in the Negev Desert overlooking the Ramon Crater. I spent high school and the years after completion of my army service guiding. In the fall of 2008, I opened my own travel agency, developing journeys to Israel for adults, families and for specialized groups, concentrating on the feeling and creating an emotional memory and personal development.
Gonen Bar Lev
Tour Operator
Gonen works with Family and Group Tours every step of the way. He works directly with every vendor, supplier, and experience maker to ensure every second of your trip is meticulously planned, thought through, and intentional. When not dotting the i's and crossing the t's, you can find him in the field leading musical instrument workshops about the unique didgeridoo and more!
Gonen's travel tip is about making every second count! Enjoy the new adventures, opportunities for growth, and the time to connect with those you're traveling with and the beautiful country you're experiencing.
Shelly Barda

Shelly’s expertise is event planning for any occasion and developing relationships with our partners so we can offer experiences tailored to you. She can take anyone’s dream and make it a reality - no matter how impossible those hopes seem.
She performs her magic and makes it happen by attending to the smallest of details. She gets to know you and your group’s personality to book the perfect location and achieve the perfect fit for every element of your event needs. Born to South African parents, Shelly was born and raised in Israel. She currently lives on a kibbutz in Emek Hefer with her husband and three children. Her travel tip? Combine an important occasion with a trip – it elevates both your visit and the event and ties you to the location in unforgettable ways!
