TRIP COSTS - PER PARTICIPANT IN A DOUBLE ROOM

Prices per participant (Land ONLY)

For 25-29 Participants 6220 USD per person

For 30-34 Participants 5800 USD per person    

For 35+ Participants 5500 USD per person

Single Supplement – an extra 1900 USD (automatically applied to any participant rooming alone)

Child as 3rd in a room reduction - 685 USD  (up to age 12)

*Should the number of full paying participants drop below 25, LET Travel will adjust the cost of the trip to reflect the extra expenses of operating the program

Early Bird Discount until December 31, 2025 - 150 USD per participant (Land ONLY)

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

*A 500 USD deposit per person will need to be paid upon registration Please note:  trip insurance must be done within 21 days after deposit payment

*Second Payment of 1000USD  due February 28, 2026 

*The balance will be due June 30, 2026

The tour price is calculated in USD based on the exchange rate of 3.3 from October 15, 2025.  Should the USD drop below this rate, the price of the final payment will be updated according to the rate of the final payment date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon Registration: The $500 deposit is non-refundable but remains as future travel credit with no expiration.
After February 28, 2026: the second payment ($1,000) are non-refundable.
After June 30, 2026: The full trip cost is non-refundable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE OPTIONS 

After you pay the deposit, trip insurance must be purchased within 21 days of payment.  

We highly recommend purchasing a flexible flight ticket to allow for date changes without extra costs, as well as securing comprehensive health and land cost insurance.  

LET's In-House Land Cost Insurance 
$500 per person, LET offers an exclusive land cost insurance option:  

- If you cancel your tour for any reason, we will refund the full land cost, except for the deposit.  
- The deposit will be converted into a travel voucher for future use, as per the policy above.  
- This insurance does not cover flights or any medical conditions.  

Example:  
If your total tour cost is *$6220, and your deposit was *$500**, you will receive:  
✅ A *$5720 refund* (no questions asked)  
✅ A *$500 voucher* for future use  

This ensures maximum flexibility and financial protection for your trip and no need to fill in any paperwork!

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

We do not offer flights but are happy to connect you with a travel agent.  Regardless, flight information with direct confirmation from the airline will need to be sent.

We recommend that you buy a flexible flight ticket so you can change the date if need be without any extra costs
 

HOTEL UPGRADES AND EXTRAS

Once registered, you are more than welcome to contact us for any VIP services, transfers, and hotel room upgrades.
