TRIP COSTS - PER PARTICIPANT IN A DOUBLE ROOM

Prices per participant (Land ONLY) - for Temple Israel Members

For 30 Participants and above: 5,475 USD per person

For 25-29 Participants 5,800 USD per person

For 20-24 Participants 6,300USD per person

Single Supplement – an extra $2440 (automatically applied to any participant rooming alone)

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

*A 500 USD deposit per person will need to be paid upon registration (The deposit is nonrefundable but stays as credit for future use for unlimited time).

*Second Payment of 1,000USD due June 1st, 2025

*The balance will be due August 1, 2025.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

90 – 0 days before departure - 500 USD of the deposit plus any penalties requested by suppliers

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

We do not offer flights but are happy to connect you with a travel agent. Regardless, flight information with direct confirmation from the airline will need to be sent.

HOTEL UPGRADES AND EXTRAS

Once registered, you are more than welcome to contact us for any VIP services, transfers, and hotel room upgrades.

Program Details

Services Included:

8 Nights of 5-star hotel accommodations based on double occupancy
Breakfast at the hotels daily
Meals as per itinerary
Professionally licensed tour guide per bus for the duration of the itinerary
1 driver and deluxe motor coach with air conditioning, including a refrigerator stocked with cold water for the group (all accommodation and tour-related expenses included).
Entrance fees and activity costs according to itinerary
Escort and Support Person to run before the group and confirm getting the best service along the route.
Tips for the Local & the Israeli escort staff members.
Porterage at hotels

Services Not Included:

International flights (connection to agent on request)
Personal extras, hotel incidentals, room service, and spa treatments
Meals specified as "on your own"
Last minute amendments/cancellations to the program (90-0 days before arrival in Spain)
Transportation in the evenings when dinner is on your own/there is no programming/there is optional programming
Value Added Tax is not included in our proposal and is currently not applicable to tourists visiting Spain. Should the law change, you will be notified accordingly and V.A.T. will be added to your final invoice.
