Independence Hall - Where Ben Gurion declared the establishment of Israel on May 14, 1948. A story worth hearing as we visit this iconic building and see it from the outside!

Hostage Square – We will visit the square of the hostage families. Hopefully we will not need to.

Speaker– Dana Dvorin Rays of Light - A documentation of female heroic stories from October 7th - a voluntary project whose purpose is to commemorate them.

Day 2: Friday November 14, A Day in the South – The Gaza Envelope

An Early breakfast at the hotel.

07:30 am- Drive South.

The Car Wall - We will visit "The Car Wall", a unique site where damaged vehicles have been stacked to form an improvised barrier. We'll see cars riddled with shrapnel, burned, and twisted— a powerful testament to the region’s security reality, transformed into a fascinating display of resilience and survival.

A visit to a Kibbutz at the Gaza envelope – With a Kibbutz Member

Visit to the Nova Site – A Personal Testimony - We will visit the Nova Festival site, where one of the most tragic events of October 7th took place. We will meet a survivor, who will share his story of fear, survival, and resilience. In today’s quiet setting, we will experience the impact of that fateful day.

Lunch – At Rahat.

Rahat – We will visit the Bedouin town of Rahat, meeting with Bedouin heroes from October 7th to hear their remarkable story.

Kabbalat Shabbat – Location to be decided. (Shabbat Enters 4:19 PM).

Day 3: Saturday November 15, – Tel Aviv on Shabbat

Jaffa - The ancient port city was the gateway to the Holy Land. We will walk through the ancient port, down the small alleyways visiting the artist colony and all the beautiful galleries. We’ll visit the enchanting flea market, where we might find a few bargains and have an amazing overlook of the first Hebrew city of Israel: Tel Aviv.

Graffiti Tour Post October 7 – Tel Aviv is a melting pot of different people and cultures, diverse forms of expressions and character that makes the urban scene what it is today – and since October 7 there is graffiti showing the desperation, heroism and hope, giving an insight into the Israeli psyche.

Day 4: Sunday November 16, Heading North

Emek Hefer Valley -The Narrow Border - The distance from the sea to the border in the Emek Hefer area is approximately 15-20 kilometers, making it a relatively narrow and sensitive border zone. We will see how close the border is to residential areas and how security in the communities has tightened. Yet, at the same time, there is a sense of friendship between the Arab communities on the Israeli side and the Jewish communities

LET Travel’s Culinary Route - Including a light picnic lunch. We will take a tour through Emek Heffer, the most developed area in Israel of farm to table and meet the local vendors. This incredible valley is close to the sea and is full of farm to table local and independent families and businesses that support the economy and is a window to the Israeli world famous Hi-tec agriculture. Enjoy cheese farms, micro-breweries, organic farming, bakery, coffee shops and much more.

Day 5: Monday November 17, The Golan Heights

Geopolitical Jeep ride - We will ride on 4WD jeep with a security expert and a member of a local Kibbutz. We will drive along the Syrian border passing all the important army posts that that overlook Syria. Our knowledgeable guides will explain the current situation in Syria and the new challenges that the IDF border security and the local community need to face. After, we will stop for an amazing view of Mt. Hermon and the Valley of Tears.

Banias National Park – Enjoy a beautiful hike through this stunning national park, which features the Hermon Stream (Banias), the impressive Banias Waterfall, and fascinating archaeological sites—including the ruins of a Greek temple dedicated to the goat-footed god Pan.
You’ll be able to choose between two hike options: a short 45-minute walk or a longer, more immersive 2–3-hour hike. -

Day 6: Tuesday November 18, Mystical Tzfat

Tzfat+ Meet Kabbalah Artist - We will take in the colorful city of Tzfat, visiting the old city, the famous Kabbalah synagogues and the artist quarter. We will even have an opportunity to meet with a Kabbalah artist and understand the idea of kabbalah through his works.

Lunch – Lotem Winery The only organic winery in the country, with an amazing view of the Galilee Mountains. Here you will have the chance to meet and talk with the winemaker taste the local wine and have lunch.

"Mifgash" with Combat IDF soldiers in the field - Take the opportunity to meet with IDF combat soldiers in the field near the Lebanese border. Experiencing first-hand what it's like living the life of an Israeli soldier. It is customary, but not required to bring gifts to soldiers.

Day 7: Wednesday November 19, The Way to Jerusalem

Between the Springs of the Springs Vally - Between the Springs of the Springs Park
A ride in an electric "green" vehicle through a unique nature reserve accessible only to electric cars. Day 8: Thursday November 20, Explore the Dead Sea

Choose Your Dead Sea Experience - Each participant can select one option, and the group will be divided accordingly:
Option 1:

Masada Cable Car 2 ways - Learn about this amazing archeological wonder, where King Herod built his summer palace and the Zealots from the Great Revolt spent their final days.

Dead sea spa - Have a float at the Dead Sea, use the famous mud or just enjoy an Indoor pool.

Drive back to Jerusalem.

Behind-the-Scenes Tour at the Israel Museum- A special insider’s tour offering unique access to the treasures and stories of Israel’s most renowned museum. -

Old City Walking Tour – Dual Narrative - Discovering the significant sites at each quarter with two guides showing both Jewish and Arab points of view, including the Muslim Quarter (security permitting) with the colorful Arab market, the Christian Quarter with the Church of the Holy Sepulcher and the Via Dolorosa.

Lunch – A traditional middle eastern table spared- At the Old City the famous Kabab and Humus of Abu Camel.
