TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TRIP COSTS - PER PARTICIPANT IN A DOUBLE ROOM

​

$5680 per participant (Land ONLY)

Single Supplement – an extra $ – automatically applied to any participant rooming alone

Should the number of full paying participants drop below 30, LET reserves the right to amend costs to reflect the new cost of operating the trip

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

A $500 USD deposit per person needs to be paid upon registration. Without payment, the registration will not be accepted. The balance will need to be paid by March 21st, 2023, minus the deposit paid.
 

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Up to 90 days before departure – free cancellation. The deposit will not be returned but kept as a credit with the company for an unlimited time and can also be passed on to family and friends.

From 90 days – Any day during the tour – the deposit payment along with any and all fees requested by hotels and suppliers.

 

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

We do not offer flights but are happy to connect you with a travel agent.  Regardless, flight information with direct confirmation from the airline will need to be sent.
 

HOTEL UPGRADES AND EXTRAS

Once registered, you are more than welcome to choose any VIP services, transfers, and hotel room upgrades (see HOTEL UPGRADES and VIP SERVICE AND TRANSFERS pages).

Program Details

Services Included:

  •  Breakfast at the hotels daily and other meals as per the itinerary. All “on your own” meals are to be covered by each family/person.

  • 10 Nights -at 4 or 5 star hotel accommodations based on double occupancy

  • 1 * professionally licensed guide educator with group on 24/7 basis (all accommodation and tour expenses included)

  • 1 * Driver and deluxe motor coach with air conditioning daily and a refrigerator with cold water for the group on the house (all accommodation and tour expenses included)

  • Entrance fees and activity costs according to itinerary 

  • Porterage at each hotel (in and out)

  • Room upgrade for tour leader (subject to availability)

  • Gratuities (Recommended on 8 USD a day per person for guide and 6 USD a day per person  for driver) Include in cost

Services Not Included:

  • International flights (connection to travel agent for flight arrangement available)

  • Hotel incidentals

  • Evening Transportation when evenings are on your own (can be added as an overtime fee for the driver you will have).

  • Amendments in the program (fees charged for cancellation and additions, last minute)

  • Personal extras: wines, room service, passport/visa fees, etc.

  • Value Added Tax (VAT) is not included and is currently not applicable to tourists visiting Israel. Should this change, VAT will be added to your final invoice
